So, what's included in this program?

Fifteen (15) classes ranging from 10 to 65 mins in length.    All levels, all trimesters.  No prior yoga experience needed!

Each class offers the perfect balance of strength and stretch, juicy seated poses and quiet meditation to connect with baby.

The course addresses:
Common pregnancy aches and pains
Pelvic floor awareness and strength
Coping skills for labor

Each class includes:
Breathwork
Mantras
Appropriate modifications for your growing baby and body
