I can't say enough about Lori and Earthside Yoga. Lori is passionate about helping us moms-to-be through pregnancy, birth, and post partum. Her classes have made all the difference for me through this journey. When class moved from in-person to virtual, her commitment to us never wavered. We still received the same great yoga guidance and mindset support each time we rolled out our mats. What sets Lori apart, something I didn't expect when I signed up for prenatal yoga, was how much she'd help me mentally prepare for birth through mantras and other tools.
