REGISTER For Mom & Baby Yoga
Mom and Baby Yoga​​ - Saturdays 10:30 am
In-Studio class at CWC Med Spa OR Virtual class via Zoom​

****** Classes are recorded and can be sent to you if you are unable to make it to your mat at the scheduled class time.  Because, #momlife with a #newborn changes everything including our ability to be on time ever again!****


Reconnect and plug back in to your Earthside Yoga community.  The newborn / infant stage of motherhood can be isolating and women need the support of other mamas in this same season.

Each class begins with our supportive Opening Circle to share, connect, and learn from and with other moms.  Our yoga movement is purposefully designed with mom as the focal point with a very strong focus on relieving common discomfort in the new mama body as well as core and pelvic floor recovery.

Lori is a Certified MUTU System Pro with extensive knowledge of incorporating a SAFE return to movement following your birth.  No planks or crunches while we heal your diastasis recti and pelvic floor please!

No previous yoga experience needed. Please join after you have been cleared to return to activity by your healthcare provider.  This class is best suited to babies aged 6 weeks to actively crawling.


​Class Details:​​
  • Classes are held in multiweek sessions and preregistration is required.   Drop ins can not be accommodated.
  • For in-studio class options, class sizes are extremely small to allow for physical distancing, temp checks at entry and masks required until settled on your mat where you may then choose to remove your mask for class.
  • Prorating for less than the full session is not available.
  • There are no refunds for missed classes.  Makeup classes are not available.  Click here to view the refund policy.  
  • Bring a blanket for baby and a few small toys.
  • The general recommendation is to start this classes 6-12 weeks postpartum.  Vaginal birth may be 6 weeks and cesarean birth may be 6-12 weeks to recover before you feel ready.  Recognize that we all heal very differently and honor your body and its needs.  If you have questions about when to start, please consult your midwife or doctor.  ​​
  •  Mom and Baby Yoga is best suited for babies aged six  weeks to actively crawling.  This class is designed with mom as the focal point. Once baby begins to actively crawl, it may be time to find a class more appropriate for you and your little one.
